Claire works with government agencies, corporations and the education sector. Claire has experience and expertise in designing and implementing programs addressing organisational leadership analysis and leadership development with a focus on creating inclusive workplaces. At the ACT Government, Claire led the implementation of SES Leadership Development review recommendations resulting in a cohesive leadership development suite of programs for SES leaders. Claire was also responsible for service-wide learning and development function. Claire is an IECL Organisational Coach and professional member the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI). Claire has a Master of Tertiary Education Management from the University of Melbourne, is certified in the application of the Hogan Assessment System and is an experienced executive coach and board member.
