Gurugun- Linden

Linden is highly experienced in project management, human resource management and change management initiatives. Linden has over 10 years’ experience in managing complex projects, with a focus on achieving user-centred design outcomes.

As an Executive at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Linden designed and implemented a new Performance Management Framework, Performance policies and procedures, and uplifted the online performance agreement system. She developed comprehensive resources for DFAT managers and led the 2022-23 Upwards Feedback performance process. Linden also led DFATs Graduate Program Graduation Ceremony and Induction in 2022 and developed the strategic direction and policy amendments required to support the negotiation and agreement from the APS Commissioner to re-design DFATs Graduate Program.

Linden is a diversity and anti-harassment champion, with representation and commitment within three Government departments.

Linden holds a double degree in Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Arts, Diploma in Government (Human Resources), PRINCE 2 Project Management and is a certified Prosci Change Practitioner.
