Our approach involves a thorough assessment process using the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS), the Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) and Hogan 360. These tools provide deep insights into personality traits, potential derailers, core values, and peer perceptions. The process includes personalised feedback sessions called debriefs, to help individuals and teams understand their results and apply the insights to their professional development.
