Leaders need to engage in both change management (process focus) and change leadership (people focus) to intentionally lead others and drive results during times of change. Our approach to change focuses on how to successfully lead change by applying 3 essential skills captured in our research: communication, collaboration, and commitment. Participants also learn about how people respond to change and different preferences for change. To help apply what they have learned, participants focus on a specific change challenge they are encountering at work and receive input from their peers.
