This workshop centres around the essential skill of giving feedback using our Situation – Behaviour – Impact (SBI) model. During the workshop, participants learn about effective and ineffective feedback practices, assess their own feedback behaviours, and receive opportunities to practice delivering and receiving feedback in a small group setting. The workshop concludes with a review of best practices for both giving and receiving feedback and a focus on applying what has been learned back at work.
The workshop includes exercises on experiences with feedback, what makes feedback effective, common mistakes, and practicing the SBI model.
