A government agency faced the complex task of informing diverse stakeholder groups about imminent legislative and system changes within a stringent timeline.

What we did

Our team crafted a targeted Communication Strategy and Outreach program, complemented by eLearning solutions, to address the agency’s unique requirements effectively.

The strategic initiatives culminated in the seamless launch of a new portal, heightened stakeholder understanding of legislative changes, and commendations on the service quality and impact. 

The Challenge

A strategic partnership was formed to address a government agency’s need for diverse learning solutions, including a shift from traditional training methods to more contemporary, technology-supported approaches.

What we did

We collaborated closely with the agency to co-design user-centric learning products, embracing various learning styles and driving down delivery costs through consistent design and development processes.

The outcome

The initiative successfully transitioned over 1,000 employees to new enterprise standards, enhancing operational efficiency and aligning with organisational goals. Notable achievements included the development of a manager’s course, career pathway guides, and a suite of modern learning solutions. 

The Challenge

A major government entity required a comprehensive Learning and Development (L&D) Strategy to transition to a new international standard, catering to a widespread workforce.

What we did

Our approach involved a detailed analysis of performance needs, stakeholder engagement, and the development of a multi-year L&D Strategy. This strategy encompassed six streams of effort, including work-based learning, resource accessibility, professionalisation, course design, cultural enablement, and governance.

The outcome

The analysis led to the discovery of a significant, previously unaddressed workforce segment. Strategic initiatives were implemented, including succession planning, which is expected to have a lasting positive impact on government outcomes.

The Challenge

A national security department sought to enhance the training of their security personnel and provide comprehensive support for program applicants through advanced eLearning solutions.

What we did

Our people engaged in a collaborative design and development process to create a suite of eLearning modules. This included conducting needs analysis, stakeholder engagement, and the development of interactive learning materials that align with stringent security training standards.

The outcome

The result was a robust eLearning program that effectively supports the training needs of security personnel and an informative video that guides new applicants through the membership process, contributing to the department’s operational readiness.

The Challenge

The client needed a managers’ course to enhance understanding, skills, and networks to meet new performance requirements for a technical specification. The course had to align with national qualifications and support leadership development.

What we did

Using the ADDIE model, we assessed learning environments, developed outcomes, designed the course structure, and documented it in a Learning Management Plan (LMP). We tailored learning and assessment materials for a diverse workforce and trialled the course, finalising the LMP and delivering an evaluation report.

The outcome

The course received high praise, with evaluations above 85% for content, facilitation, and knowledge depth. The course has been integrated into the organisation’s course continuum, marking a successful enhancement of managerial capabilities.
