How can we enhance the collective process of making leadership happen in our organisation?

Overview

This workshop is built around the Direction – Alignment – Commitment (DAC)™ framework. In this framework, leadership is seen as a social process that produces the outcomes of Direction, Alignment, and Commitment. Anyone, at any level, can work with others to produce these leadership outcomes. The workshop introduces the framework and guides participants to apply the concepts to a real-life group they are a part of that could improve its performance. Participants complete an assessment of DAC outcomes for their selected group and develop an Action Plan to establish next steps in the workplace.

Everything in this workshop is connected to a Key Question: How can we enhance the collective process of making leadership happen in our organisation?
