Overview

Based on decades of our research, this workshop provides leaders with the skills and tools to become more learning agile. Participants learn the 4 components of learning agility and then put them into practice in a group exercise. Applying these components will put leaders on the path to making the most from their experiences and position them to succeed when faced with new, challenging situations.
